In order to participate in Sweat Sisters, you must be local to and have access to Malmstrom AFB.

Active duty and spouses are welcome!

Weekly Traning Schedule & Challenges

  • We will have two in person workouts each week at 5:30pm on Mondays. and Thursdays at the garage gym on base.

  • Virtual workouts will be loaded into the online portal & can be done at home or at the gym

  • We will have Weekly challenges on the following topics: Daily Step Count, Protein Consumption, Fruits & Veggies, Sleep, Caffeine & Alcohol, Consistency, & MORE!

  • Learn about exercise, nutrition, and mindset strategies each week. In a weekly bite-sized lesson that you can listen to - like a mini podcast - on your way to work, while doing your workout, or wherever you happen to be. Use the Sweat Sisters workbook to guide your learning and take notes!

Meet your Coach!

Hi, I’m Tyler!

I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and a military spouse.

I’m also a pregnancy and postpartum certified coach, a pelvic floor exercise specialist, and a certified group fitness instructor.

I promise you a good workout and an even better workout playlist.

I train with compassion and without judgment. I firmly believe all bodies are good bodies. I want you to feel strong and empowered.

  • The Garage isn’t the ideal environment for kids, but if you’re deployment, TDY, or Murphy’s Law affected let me know and I’m sure we can accomdate!
